How did IQ Workforce become the leading recruiting firm for the analytics community?
A long story short:
For the first few years we called ourselves "Web Analytics Recruiters". We were really good at that and we loved web analytics, but we soon had to turn into "Digital Measurement Recruiters" to cover all of the emerging channels of digital analytics (mobile, social, testing, VOC, CEM, tag management, etc.).
That was fine for about two years until our clients started combining their digital data with other customer data sources… so we had to become "Customer Analytics Recruiters".
A lot of our other clients decided that digital analytics belonged in the larger BI or corporate analytics groups… Those people have so many different titles that we didn't know WHAT kind of recruiters that made us.
So now we just call ourselves "analytics recruiters."
