• Successfully implement Omniture on 20+ websites • Establish key performance indicators based on business objectives and priorities for measurement and evaluation of websites and internet marketing programs and campaigns • Perform in-depth analysis of web metrics and provide recommendations for improving the online experiences and key business performance indicators • Data mining to draw actionable insights out of customer behavioral patterns • Develop customer segmentation as needed for behavioral targeting • Research and benchmark from a variety of internal and external sources to measure ongoing sites and marketing campaigns performance and customer experiences • Design structured tests (A/B, MVT) and blueprint optimization strategies to increase conversion of site visitors into leads as well as for landing page optimization to maximize revenue and profitability • Recommend and initiate a wide range of internet marketing campaigns • Ensure all internet marketing campaigns are running according to the marketing plan and impressions and leads are delivered as expected • Provide ad hoc reporting that provides visual representations of trended results vs. forecast and historical data • Perform quantitative analyses and manage testing plans for site design initiatives ---------------------------------------------- SEO: • Set and lead directions and strategies for SEO fulfillment for all web properties • Manage SEO data analysis and reporting • Optimize various site elements, site structure, architecture, linking and content, and to ensure that new products and enhancements meet SEO requirements • Create educational tools and guidelines of best practices across the organization ------------------------------------------------- SEM & Social Media Marketing: • Develop, plan and drive implementation of multi-channel interactive marketing strategies to deliver goals • Focus interactive marketing on areas with the highest immediate impact while balancing the long-term vision • Work against set objectives including bid management, keyword strategy, performance analysis and landing page optimization • Evaluate the collective social media marketing mix, identify current gaps and build strategy based on maximizing the portfolio • Build and expand social media and viral marketing programs across all business units • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of social media and viral marketing efforts • Set targets, KPIs and timelines for social media marketing programs and other key initiatives • Monitor technology industry adoption and usage of relevant social media activities |
