Lead all online analytics and strategy for the participant group consisting of over 3 million participants with over $390B in management, and over 1700 institutions. Current focus includes wealth management clients (tools, targeted messaging, advice and community), integrated web experience (via new portal platform), targeted marketing, increased use of rich internet applications and integration of site analytics. Partner heavily with business managers to develop and advocate online strategies that support and are aligned with business goals, marketing programs and user behavior.
