Partner heavily with business managers to develop and advocate online strategies that support and are aligned with business goals, marketing programs and user behavior.

Key Accomplishments:
*Partnered heavily with wealth management team to produce a long term Web strategy that addresses asset outflows, account consolidation, retention and Trust.
*Developed analytics capability to capture and observe wealth management clients use of existing web infrastructure, content and applications.
*Commissioned study of wealth management client’s use of available communications channels (phone, face to face, and Web) to focus Web strategy content and application development.
*Directed efforts to develop strategy for integrating Web tool use with 1:1 client interactions.

Senior Manager Online Analytics and Web Strategy (2004 to 2006)

*Led E-commerce, marketing and content strategy development and implementation of top tier lifestyle portal. Worked with all business lines to support and advocate the web as an integrated part of all marketing and product development initiatives.

*Developed and expanded online promotions - One Day Sale, Member’s Only Sales, Content Tie Ins.
*Directed merchants to develop online merchandising and print catalog layout, product assortment, pricing strategy and promotional schedule.
*Built forecasting system used by entire E-commerce department.
*Responsible for overall inventory planning for Catalog and Web commerce divisions – compiled pre-season forecasts, oversaw all planning functions, directed buyers in placement of first buys, oversaw replenishment buys, developed disposition strategy.
