Our client is a mid-sized, independently-owned leader in integrated marketing and advertising solutions.  They are looking for their first full-time "Analytics Manager".

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in analytics roles for media/performance-based clients. This position will be accountable for leading and reporting on both display and paid search campaigns.

The agency has strong roots in interactive marketing and introducing interactivity across new and emerging media channels to help clients achieve their marketing and sales goals.  They possess expertise in strategic marketing planning, creative services, interactive marketing, website design and development as well as direct and database marketing. 

Their strategies are often planned and executed across multiple online media channels.

Job Profile:

The Analytics Manager will manage and oversee analytics for large and complex SEM and display campaigns. Ideally, the Analytics Manager will also have web analytics skills (preferably Omniture) and will have a performance-based agency background. This is not a technical deployment role, but very much an analysis role and the ideal candidate will demonstrate significant aptitude for high-level data analysis.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage client reporting utilizing 3rd party reporting tools.  Omniture, Google, etc.

Develop reporting standards for all clients

Develop and manage dashboards for internal and client usage

Develop analysis and make recommendations leading to improvement of client initiatives

Gather insights from multiple data sources and make informed decisions to improve performance of search and display media campaigns

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, Masters Degree a plus

3+ years analytics experience

Proficient in enterprise-level analytics platforms

Experience with enterprise-level SEM reporting platforms

Stellar organizational skills, time management and attention to detail

Mastery of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Agency/client-facing experience

Omniture certification preferred

A mix of right-brain and left-brain talents

A good communicator, both written and verbal

Experience with interactive advertising reporting platforms such as DoubleClick and EyeWonder a major plus
