| Job Description | Our client is a high-growth Internet software development and digital marketing company. They are looking for a visionary and collaborative Senior Product Manager to join its Product Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Senior Product Manager will play a critical hands-on role in product strategy, positioning and management of the company’s Online Dating products and features. You will refine the Online Dating portfolio of products from existing ideas, and help develop new features and products based on your industry experience, market research and input from multiple stakeholders. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. When it comes to understanding market problems, you relish in discovering how and why they are caused, and bask in the after-glow of finding innovative solutions for multiple customer segments. You will be a vital member of the team that shapes our product management process and you will be tuned into the company’s strategic growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as Sales, Development, Marketing, Analytics and Customer Support to establish product strategy, positioning and roadmaps that are responsive to customer needs and market opportunities. Manage prioritization of issues, enhancements and new features, and maintain a market requirements document to guide development. Coordinate with Development to develop and deploy new features. Work with Analytics to monitor and analyze product performance and user engagement. Work with Marketing to coordinate product/feature launches. Report regularly to Director and Executives on product status. |

| Qualifications | Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred.
4+ years of software marketing/software product management experience. Experience in a web development environment. Experience with Agile and SCRUM is preferred. A keen interest in solving problems and an eager and genuine curiosity about how online consumers make decisions. Experience managing social media applications. Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency. Acute attention to detail. An ardent believer in follow-up and perseverance. Finely honed teamwork and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with numerical and statistical analysis. Must possess a positive hands-on, can-do attitude. |
