They are based in Dublin, Ireland (not exactly the online marketing capital of the world), so they routinely conduct global searches for the best talent. The position described below is in their consumer marketing department. There are top-notch professionals from 12 countries in this department, along with all of the latest and greatest, cutting-edge tools, technologies, bells and whistles. Here is their job description: Overall Purpose of Role: The Marketing Executive’s focus will be to support the Customer Marketing Department in the management of promotional & CRM activities. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Customer Marketing & Communications and is required to have tremendous attention to detail, setting up and managing projects and procedures through a number of different systems such as Unica, StrongMail, web, client & the database directly. We are embarking on ambitious growth plans and it is imperative the Marketing Executive is able to work within a dynamic, fast paced and leading-edge technological environment where consistent delivery of results is paramount to business success.
Ownership of global and regional promotions Supporting other Marketing Executives in our monthly promotional activity A/B testing and analysis (working with analysts) Campaign/promotion analysis Working with the web & data team on website pages & leader boards Liaising with copy and graphic’s on a daily basis Working with other departments to ensure efficient and effective marketing Building & maintaining campaigns in Unica (conversion, retention & reactivation) Email marketing (uploading copy into HTML templates, testing into ISPs and execution) |

| Qualifications | Bachelor's degree in business/marketing related field
Experience in automated CRM systems (Unica is essential) Preferred, but not essential, understanding of SQL and campaign analysis Preferred, but not essential, experience with a reporting system (such as Business Objects) Preferred, but not essential, experience in email marketing Experience of dealing with multiple languages Strong copy skills Project management skills Ability to create and manage procedures and processes Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Fluency in the English language Overview of preferred knowledge: CRM campaign software, HTML, Dreamweaver, SQL, MS Project, Business Objects, Unica, Strongmail, SAS |
