The position described below is in their consumer marketing department. Here is their job description: Overall Purpose of Role: The Head of Customer Marketing & Communications will focus on ensuring that as a business we optimise our relationship marketing efforts throughout all stages of a customer's lifecycle in order to maximise both customer satisfaction and revenue. The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Player Marketing and is required to work effectively with key stakeholders in order to execute “best practice” marketing campaigns. This role requires tremendous attention to detail, setting up and managing projects and procedures. We are embarking on ambitious growth plans and it is imperative the Head of Customer Marketing & Communications is able to work within a dynamic, fast paced and leading-edge technological environment where consistent delivery of results is paramount to business success. The role involves both operational and strategic marketing challenges within an emerging business sector where our company is recognised as a leading and the fastest growing organisation.
Brainstorm, design, planning, execution & review of customer-centric promotions Design, test, execution & analysis of CRM campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle (conversion, retention & reactivation) Ongoing development of a CRM approach to customer communications across all touch-points incl. performance reviews Management of a number of key cross-business relationships Gradual development of a team in line with business growth |

| Qualifications | Bachelor's degree in business/marketing related field
5+ years of experience in a marketing management role Highly numerate Project management skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently Ability to create and manage procedures and processes Ability to manage staff effectively and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external personnel Experience of working with web, graphics, copywriting, business analysis, and software development teams Significant experience of CRM systems (marketing automation & email marketing) Strong communication, organisational and project implementation skills. Strong general internet experience Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Ability to work with other highly talented individuals Fluency in the English language |
