Situation: Our client, a leading analytics vendor, merged with a huge global consulting company and was tasked with doubling their analytics consulting team.

Solution: We filled eight full-time roles and supplied them with independent consultants to fill the gap in between. Skill sets included technical (implementation, development, engineering, integration), quantitative (modeling) and account management. We continue to work with them as needed.
