They are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to join their rapidly growing Marketing Analytics team and play an important role in driving the insights that fuel their digital and awareness media mix and marketing spend strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, this new role will be an integral part of the Marketing Operations team that enables and empowers the Marketing team by driving the marketing and advertising technology processes and strategies that create amazing customer experiences. This Marketing Analytics Manager will also apply statistical modeling techniques to identify the best ways to grow and optimize their marketing mix using SQL, Python or R.

This Marketing Analytics Manager will drive meaningful impact across their marketing programs and will have the ability to work with an advanced marketing and advertising technology stack. Data is at the root of every decision the company makes and is core to the success of their marketing team. Responsibilities include:
Own the marketing and advertising analysis and measurement strategy to optimize our multi-million dollar marketing budget, partnering with Growth Marketing team members

Oversee, create, and enhance marketing reporting in Tableau and other data visualization tools to ensure business partners are empowered to make data-driven decisions with a positive impact on KPIs

Leverage statistical models to understand marketing attribution, optimize media mix and ROAS, and improve customer segmentation and forecasting (e.g. clustering, causal ML, predictive ML, etc.)

Lead A/B experiments from the Data side by supporting experiment design, tracking, and implementation; with ownership over the final analysis that has a specific focus on driving sizable improvements to our marketing operations

Mentor junior analysts and advance the innovation and improvement of our analytics techniques, approaches, and processes used across the company

Partner closely with Analytics peers and teams like Data Engineering and Data Science to develop analysis, models, experiments, and reports that identify new growth opportunities and provide insights into business performance

Participate in important company planning by providing the forecasting and analysis to help senior leaders prioritize OKRs and Initiatives

Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as analytics or data science, performing quantitative and technical analysis, ideally with experience in marketing or e-commerce environments

Experience with different marketing attribution methodologies and return on ad spend

Experience conducting quantitative analyses on large, complex data sets using modern data exploration and visualization software (e.g. Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio, PowerBI) preferred

Background working with campaign data across multiple media platforms and cloud data warehouses (e.g. Google CM360, GA4, Facebook, DSPs/ESPs, Snowflake, etc.) is a plus

Expert proficiency in SQL paired with experience in statistical modeling (R or Python preferred) and common data science approaches (e.g. Causal Impact, Logistic Regression, Markov Model, etc) across large data sets.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, or other digital analytics platforms

Knowledge and interest in marketing tactics, including campaigns and marketing channels such as SEO/SEM, Display, TV, Radio, Direct Mail and Email

Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to tell a story with data to all levels of the organization

A passion for coordinating between multiple departments and maintaining relationships

Strong organization skills, time management skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask
