Our client is a leading regional bank with one of the top analytics departments in the industry.
They are currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven professional to serve as a Digital Marketing Analytics Senior Associate. This person will play an instrumental role in supporting the company’s enterprise digital marketing initiatives, helping the company to make better and more informed decisions. He/she will be responsible for developing analytical insights which help grow the business through digital marketing acquisition channels. Their marketing transformation is founded in innovative test strategies and analytics rigor to drive impact for both their clients and shareholders.
The Senior Digital Analytics Associate is responsible for utilizing data to drive digital marketing strategy and Return on Investment. This role is critical in optimizing the intersection of value between prospects and the bank, utilizing data to refine their go-to-market value proposition to new prospects and measuring how acquisition growth supports the company’s business and shareholders. This role will partner closely with leaders across digital, marketing, and product teams to understand the digital marketing strategy and provide actionable recommendations informed by data. This role is designed for someone who is intellectually curious, helping to evolve our data-driven culture and become even more outcome-focused and hypothesis driven. This team member will be responsible for helping to architect new digital marketing strategies and test designs and measuring the outcome to their clients and business.
Responsibilities include:
Analyze digital marketing data to develop strategies and recommendations to improve impact from external marketing campaigns and internal employee communications
Link data across multiple channels (paid & organic search, social media, email, affiliates, etc.) and data platforms to analyze connected marketing strategies & impact
Analyze prospect engagement on .com and identify opportunities to provide a more impactful experience
Utilize marketing attribution technologies to develop insights on the optimal digital marketing mix
Design and analyze channel A/B and MVT tests (e.g., channel strategy tests, .com landing page optimization tests, etc.) to improve metrics such as Click-Through Rate, Conversion Rate, and Return on Investment
Provide support to develop automated digital marketing dashboards
Translate data into clear narratives and deliver presentations that include the right data and “tells the story” to business partners which include actionable recommendations that grow the business
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define program OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and ensure best practices are utilized to establish channel metrics
Identify and anticipate business need, understand how to obtain information
Recommends solutions for problems or issues when applying tools and techniques
Effectively communicate key points to respective stakeholders, with the right amount of detail
Lead conversations with business partners
Qualifications:
Master’s degree (or its equivalent) OR Bachelor’s (or its equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience
Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, or similar tools such as Google Analytics
Fluency with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Sprinklr, Facebook Insights, etc.
Fluency in SQL, R, or Python
Ability to analyze data across multiple channels and measure Return on Investment
The ideal candidate will have experience working in financial services and agile working environments, though is not required
Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to translate complex data details in a clear and concise manner for larger audience business partners.
