Senior Technical Program Manager
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

They are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager with hands-on experience planning, executing, and overseeing complex data engineering and data science projects from initiation to completion. You'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and address challenges related to enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Program Leadership
· Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of the programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, identifying key milestones and dependencies.
2. Technical Oversight
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data analysts, process engineers, data engineers, machine learning engineers to ensure successful implementation of the various technical solutions such ETL data pipelines, PowerBI reporting, Celonis outputs, predictive model development.
· Provide technical guidance and support to the team, addressing challenges and facilitating problem-solving.
3. Stakeholder Management
· Effectively communicate program progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders at all levels, including and especially senior leadership
· Collaborate with business leaders across Data Science, Process Engineering, Data Analytics to understand their business needs and align program objectives with program goals.
4. Risk Management
· Identify potential risks and challenges in program execution and proactively develop mitigation plans.
· Monitor and manage changes in scope, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables.
5. Project Planning and Execution
· Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
· Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, etc.); Master’s degree preferred.
· 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in analytics, data sciences, machine learning or related fields.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex analytics programs on time and within budget.
