Phil Kemelor's "Profiles in Web Analytics"

This past summer, Phil Kemelor (a VP at web analytics consultancy Semphonic) conducted a survey called, "What Makes for Web Analytics Program Success?".  The goal of the survey was to provide some background material for the Think Tank sessions that Phil presented at X Change in September.After reading through the responses, the project started to look less like a survey about trends in the industry and more like a collection of profiles... snapshots of shared experience and wisdom... so Phil went on to package the responses as "Profiles in Web Analytics".I found the project fascinating and would suggest checking it out.For more information you can contact:Phil KemelorVP.
