Sales Executive / Relationship Director
Location: Houston, TX
We are working with alliantgroup, a consulting company for the middle market that is currently experiencing explosive growth. Their core area of expertise is around tax rebates and incentives for small and medium sized businesses, but they have also launched several complimentary consulting practices within the last couple of years: cybersecurity, IT and talent services.
They are looking for strategic, high achieving salespeople who can work in their fast-paced environment, focusing on 100% net new business. They will be tasked with developing new clients by calling on C-Suite contacts in order to educate them and make them aware of untapped government sponsored incentives and credits they can take advantage of. The role is highly visible and sits on the top floor of our building with the CEO, executive group and top performing Managing Directors where you will learn the business from the ground up.
This position is based in the alliantgroup Houston headquarters and will be in the office five days/week.
Responsibilities:
Create new business through organized lead qualification and prospecting
Create call plans and track progress in Salesforce
Conduct daily outbound sales calls
Schedule and hold sales appointments
Research prospective companies in order to hold intelligent and impactful conversations with your prospects
Requirements:
4-year degree
3+ years of professional sales experience
Comfortable calling on C-level decision makers
Salesforce experience highly preferred
Proven ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives
Highly motivated, results-oriented with strong skills in presenting, communicating, organizing, multi-tasking and time management
Outstanding communication skills
Dynamic personality with the ability to build amazing relationships all while maintaining a “challenger” type sales approach
