Analytics Manager / Director

Alliantgroup is a consulting company for the middle market that is currently experiencing explosive growth. Their core area of expertise is around tax rebates and incentives for small and medium sized businesses, but they have also launched several complimentary consulting practices within the last couple of years, such as cybersecurity, IT, AI and talent services.
They have created a new role for a marketing analytics manager or director, who will report to their Director of Education & Awareness.
This is a truly unusual opportunity to make a huge impact on a company that did over $1B in revenue last year. The role will interact daily with members of the C-suite and heads of business units to provide data-driven insights and reporting that influences business strategy and improves the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities will include:
Work with marketing team to optimize strategy and campaign effectiveness across all channels, but primarily email, digital media, social.
Pull metrics from CRM (Salesforce and others) and 3rd party research tools to develop analysis that informs business decisions.
Deliver ROI and spend analysis, along with actionable recommendations, across all marketing efforts.
Develop and continuously improve analytics best practices.
Provide feedback and coaching to marketing team and other stakeholders on how to better utilize data.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve the analytics tool stack, data sources and opportunities for contributions to the business.
Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience in analytics with an emphasis on marketing optimization.
Experience with CRM data with strong preference for Salesforce.
Top notch communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively use and deliver feedback for ongoing performance improvement.
Experience generating actionable insights and recommendations (not just reporting).
