They are looking for a Sr. Manager to join their Adobe-focused Analytics Services Team. The Sr. Manager will approach clients in a consultative manner while also leading a small team of consultants and helping delegate work. The ideal candidate has experience consulting on client projects, identifying areas of opportunity within client data, and translating Adobe analytics into actionable insights.
As a partner of Google and Adobe marketing and analytics platforms, they humanize data, simplify the complex, and share our knowledge. This position will spend 60% of their time on client interactions, 20% management, 10% on Training and Development, and 10% on internal work.
Responsibilities:
Experience with project scoping and leading a pod; partnering with Account Manager/Directors and working with all levels of consultants and/or technical leads in regards to the roadmap ensuring there is sufficient work to be done.
Ability to delegate client work across teams, assisting with training and mentoring consultants as needed.
Provide ongoing feedback to team members and administer formal mid-and-end of year performance reviews.
Understands pod members goals, competencies, and skills and keeping the team aware of utilization and hours targets.
Research, analysis, documentation, facilitation, problem solving and delivering on assigned tasks within project scope and budget.
Leads strategic discussions and helps to creatively drive business decision making based on client needs.
Owns a client portfolio based on their team assignments and helps to provide thought leadership in client engagements.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field
At least 2 year experience with mentoring and/or managing a team
Proven experience in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, tag management, etc. Adobe Analytics Certified preferred.
Experience with web-based technology experience
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and ensure timely delivery, providing the highest level of quality and empathy towards all clients and internal teams
Previous experience client facing experience and leading multiple client projects
This position is eligible for a semi-annual individual bonus based on performance and a year-end company bonus.
